Imported tires are expensive, but domestic counterparts almost immediately become crooked.
There are several reasons. The main one is the unwillingness to pay for good technologies used by foreign manufacturers in the manufacture of tires. It is not rare to buy Chinese -made summer tires much more reliable and profitable than a Russian manufacturer. Earlier, our new rubber also nursed much less mileage than even similar products of BU imported manufacturers.
Here it is not even necessary to compare the Japanese Bridgestone tires or well -known brands of tires from Germany. So far, all rubber products from France, Finland, Italy, are much higher in quality than the best tires of Russian production. The one that many of them does not nurse 25-30 thousand is the shame of our tire products.
The tire is made not only from rubber. The cord frame also determines its strength, wear resistance, and a number of other most important characteristics of the tire. This cord is now often textile. Previously, metal prevailed here and a weaker place of our products was a tread, which wear out very quickly.
The crown zone of tires, experiencing increased loads, additionally reinforces the ring (power), called the metal cord cord. Its design resembles a net. These corded threads with a brass coating are laid at a slight angle to the plane, in which the wheel rotates.
But after the vulcanization of the tread, the bracker becomes practically unstivis, but flexible enough. This allows the wheel tire to roll normally. Such products consume less fuel. The vehicle with them is more controlled. Tire tread lasts longer. However, all these advantages of such products are crossed out only one minus. As soon as the connections between the rubber and the cord are violated, the Brex is immediately curved. And, as they say, the bus “goes with a screw”. For tire products of domestic production, this is no exception, and the pattern.
Neither Goodyear Tires, nor Michelin, Bridgestone, and other companies are subject to such incidents. But with our rubber products, even with a very decent protector, you have to leave.
