The progressive statistics of an accident served as a reason for the creation of new rules for obtaining a driver’s license. So far they only exist in the form of a project, but miracles are already expecting new requirements. The new rules will have to “block” the roads to persons who have bought rights and minimize the influence of the human factor when passing the exam.
The main innovation is that now driving will be carried out at fully automatic authors. According to the creators of the project, by January 1, 2011, they should appear even in the most remote regions of Russia. At this stage, the task of the inspector will be to control the automated autrod, as well as in issuing an examination sheet to you. While taking exams, some technical innovations, for example, the suppressor of radio waves of mobile phones and surveillance cameras, may be applied, to minimize the possibility of cranes.
Unfortunately, not in all regions by the beginning of 2011, authors will appear. Therefore, examination cars should be equipped with video and audio equipment. Some cars will install portable digital voice recorders. Also, according to the introduced rules, the examiner must perform twelve exercises at the Avtodrome, while before three out of five were allowed.
The list of mandatory exercises includes a large number of various maneuvers that is required to easily perform a modern, well -prepared driver. Among others, the exam will include such exercises as: left and right turns by 90 degrees, overcoming an adjustable intersection, railway tracks and a pedestrian crossing, as well as a “snake” and much more.
For each of the above exercises, a certain time is given. If you do not have time to meet this period, then get penalty points.
To date, there is an active discussion of this topic on Internet resources. The traffic police plans to take into account all the proposals and complaints regarding new rules that will come about citizens. From November 1, 2010, a gradual introduction of a new methodology is planned.
